Wine 101: Loire Valley
The Loire Valley of France… Sure, you’ve had a Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre… a Cabernet Franc from Chinon... but have you had a Pineau d’Aunis from Coteaux-du-Loir? How about a Romorantin from the tiny appellation of Cour-Cheverny?!?!
Join us on Sunday, October 13th, from 3-5pm, as our pals Martha and Paul of PM wines traverse the Loire Valley – from Muscadet to Pouilly-Fumé – and discuss each region along the way. We will taste seven wines focusing on many of the smaller, lesser-known appellations. And the La Mama kitchen will create Frenchie, wine-friendly snacks to serve alongside it all. Come learn about new and natural wines from an old school region!
Tickets are $85/person, including tax & tip :)
Seating limited to 14 persons.
